Europe & Asia with its largest mill grinding more than 170,000 tons of wheat
every year, that’s almost 1/3 of the total production.
From the grinding of soft wheat we obtain over 15 varieties of flour for
bakeries-pastry shops, the food industry in general and restaurant-pizzerias.
